✨ Returns & Cancellations
• No Return Policy: Once an order is delivered, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
• Order Cancellations: Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order if not shipped by emailing info@kantilalexports.com
After this window, no cancellations will be entertained.

🌸 Exchange Policy – Kantilal Exports
We understand that handcrafted jewelry is precious, and while every piece goes through strict quality checks, sometimes issues may arise. To keep things fair for both our customers and our artisans, exchanges will be offered only in the following situations:

✅ Eligible for Exchange
1. Manufacturing Defect
• If the jewelry is delivered with a visible defect (broken clasp, missing stone/pearl, damaged stringing, etc.) at the time of delivery.
• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
2. Size Issue (in case of necklaces)
• If a standard-size piece does not fit, we will assist with resizing or replacement (subject to availability).
3. Wrong Product Delivered
• If the product received is not what was ordered.

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange
• Minor irregularities in pearls/gemstones (color variation, natural inclusions, uneven textures) — these are natural characteristics of handcrafted jewelry and not considered defects.
• Slight differences in color due to lighting or photography.
• Customized Jewelry Pieces – made-to-order items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
• Change of Mind – if you simply decide you don’t like the piece after receiving it.
• Damage during transit caused by mishandling of the courier/logistics partner.

🔄 Exchange Process
1. Customer ships the product back to us (at their own cost initially).
2. Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and returned with tags, certificates, and original packaging.
3. Once received, the piece will go through our quality inspection.
4. If approved, courier charges will be reimbursed, and a replacement will be dispatched.
