Cancellation and Return Policy

Before Shipment:Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us at info@kantilalexports.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns, but we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Request Window:
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

Eligible Conditions for Exchange:

Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.

Exchanges are only accepted for size issues, defective items, or incorrect products received.

Customized or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

Email info@kantilalexports.com with your Order ID, reason for exchange, and relevant photos (if defective or incorrect).

Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, unless the error was on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

If confirmed, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement product.

Important Notes

No monetary refunds will be issued — only product exchanges are allowed.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
